Barry Keoghan in CRIME 101
SALTBURN star Barry Keoghan continues to expand his impressive film career with his latest project, CRIME 101, a high-stakes thriller directed by Bart Layton. The 32-year-old actor was recently spotted filming intense scenes in Los Angeles, showcasing his versatility and commitment to challenging roles.
Keoghan’s recent filmography has been marked by diverse and critically acclaimed performances. Following his memorable roles in films like THE BANSHEES OF INISHERIN, for which he received an Oscar nomination, and THE KILLING OF A SACRED DEER, the actor is now diving into the crime genre with CRIME 101.
In the upcoming film, Keoghan will share the screen with Hollywood heavyweights Chris Hemsworth, Halle Berry, and Mark Ruffalo. The movie promises to be an intriguing exploration of high-level jewel thefts along the Pacific Coast, allegedly connected to Colombian cartels.
During the filming, Keoghan was observed fully immersed in his character – dressed in an oversized black hoodie and cargo trousers, with platinum blonde hair tucked under a helmet. After completing a dramatic sequence involving a gun point robbery scene, he was seen riding a dirt bike along the beach, demonstrating his dedication to bringing authenticity to his performance.
The film is scheduled for release in 2025, adding another potentially breakthrough role to Keoghan’s already impressive acting portfolio.
